Kevin Ragolia is the CEO of Quantum Pharmaceuticals, as well as a pusher of fraudulent cancer drugs merely filled with sugar to keep the real substance, Rydex, only within the borders of the company to sell the real deal alone and take all the profits from efficacy and sole reputation where other companies were discredited.
Ragolia was suspected of the rape and murder of Paula Grace, a subordinate at the company who was blowing the whistle on the cons to the feds. Ragolia denied involvement in Grace's attack and murder, had an alibi, and didn't match the DNA, but confessed in full to the operation.
