Kyle Jones is a registered sex offender and statutory rapist, and later a murder victim. He was invited for drinks by Ricky Moss and Lou Olsen, only for the two men to brutally butcher him out of Moss's desire for killing for a rush. It didn't play out as Moss wanted, and the two men threw Jones' headless, mutilated corpse into the river and cleaned the van they used in the murders.
Clete Dixon, a former colleague of Danny Ross, believed Jones' murder to be the crimes of a serial killer, connecting his death to several other men's deaths. Dixon was swiftly debunked, and Moss and Olsen were arrested and convicted from the evidence and their confessions. (CI: "Neighborhood Watch")
