Kyle Novacek is a parolee who had an affair with Nicole Manning, who was pregnant with her husband, Richard's, son.
He was initially suspected of assaulting Nicole and ripping her unborn son from her womb. However, he was cleared when it was discovered that Richard was the attacker. (SVU: "Monogamy")
