Larry Moore (alias The Woodsman) was a serial killer.
History
Moore had been abducting women for years, torturing them in his torture chamber, videotaping the victims' cries, and then murdering them through dry drowning. He would then dump their bodies in secluded wooded areas, primarily Central Park, of which he worked at. FBI Agent Lauren Cooper was heavily involved in the investigation and eventually became obsessed with finding him.
