Defense Attorney Larry Teasdale is an accomplice of embezzler and murder contractor Charles Martine. Teasdale found Frank Kemp as Martine's hitman to kill a witness to his white-collar felony trial, Janet Torrens. Kemp also eliminated witness when killing accountants Craig Hovis and Peter Coyle.

Kemp was taken to trial on the charges of murdering Hovis and Coyle when the gun was found, Teasdale representing Kemp. When Kemp won the fight there, Kemp was then tried for Torrens when she and the knife used to kill her were found. Desperate to protect both his clients, Teasdale tried to distress Kemp's girlfriend Tina McManus into providing a false alibi for Kemp. Since was heling the police, the confrontation was recorded, and Teasdale was arrested, with Kemp taking a guilty plea and Martine facing more charges.

Teasdale was found guilty of murder for hire, conspiracy, tampering, and harassment and was imprisoned for life. (L&O: "Severance")
