Leland Orser is an actor who guest-starred on as Kevin Walker on the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Coerced" and as Reverend Dan Wyler on the Law & Order: Criminal Intent episode "Faithfully".
Orser is a character actor, whose career has included playing a number of parts of deranged, psychotic, and degenerate characters. He starred as Sam Scott Gilroy in the Taken film series (with Maggie Grace). Orser has appeared in small roles in a wide variety of films and television shows, including Chief of Surgery Dr. Lucien Dubenko, on the television show ER and In 2003, he appeared as James Wesley/Wesley Owen Welch in the comic-turned-film Daredevil (with Jennifer Garner, Ellen Pompeo, Erick Avari, David Keith, and Kevin Smith). He also starred on the TV show Berlin Station (with Tamlyn Tomita, John Doman, and Keke Palmer).
Orser is a well known actor in the Star Trek franchise. He played a Changeling posing as the Romulan Colonel Lovok in Deep Space Nine, a homicidal hologram in Voyager, and a deranged bloodbank technician in Enterprise.
He married Northern Irish actress Roma Downey in 1987; they divorced in 1989. In 2000, he married Jeanne Tripplehorn; they have one son.
