Congressman Leon Kilbride is a politician who always plays his cards right. Killbride is secretly a corrupt politician, unbeknownst to all except for Ayanna Bell.
History
He fosters connections and seems to have one with Richard Wheatley and the rest of the Wheatley family. He also reached out to Bell and Denise about Damon's lawsuit against the NYPD and offered Bell a position as a politician in his old law firm, which she wasn't interested in. However, they started to trust each other, especially after Kilbride invited Bell as his date to a party where Albanian women are being kept after being trafficked.
