Leonard Baker is the abusive foster father of Bobby Reyes, Vaughn Davis, Dante Scott and Manny Rivera. He was also a pedophile who raped his foster children.
History[]
Leonard frequently volunteered to help many children in foster care. Unknown to all, he was secretly a pedophile who preyed on the children given to him. He also subjected them to physical abuse, to toughen them out. Because of this, many kids ended up warped and some turned to crime such as Vaughn Davis, Dante Scott and Manny Rivera. Bobby Reyes was another victim, but he became a cop to one day get revenge on Baker.
Years later, he ends up getting approached by Reyes who decides to take matters into his own hands. Reyes then points his gun at Leonard and tries to get him to admit to the abuse that he inflicted on those children. Leonard denies hurting Reyes and claims that he only wanted to protect those boys. Disgusted by his lies, Reyes continues to point his gun at Leonard and nearly kills him on the spot but regains his senses and ties him up, so he doesn't hurt any more boys. Sergeant Ayanna Bell arrived and finds Leonard and Reyes in the apartment and interrogates Leonard about Vaughn, as it is revealed they are still in contact. Leonard told them how he wanted to go out in a blaze of glory. It can be assumed that Leonard was arrested for child molestation and the abuse of his foster kids. (OC: "Blaze Of Glory")
