Lilah Jones is the mother of Kelsey Jones, who was attacked by her boyfriend Austin Boyer.

After Kelsey claimed to have been raped by Austin, Lilah flew in to comfort her daughter. When Benson and Rollins questioned Kelsey, Lilah was there claiming that Austin was not a good boyfriend for Kelsey.
When Lilah went to have dinner with Austin and Kelsey, Austin started hitting on the waitress which infuriated Lilah. Lilah caused a disturbance and confronted Austin at his home where she assaulted him. Tutuola and Velasco arrived to find Lilah yelling at Austin. Tutuola arrested Lilah and Velasco arrested Austin.
