Lillian Goldfarb is a deputy inspector who assisted the Organized Crime Control Bureau in catching Kenny Kyle. Following the arrest and incarceration of Kyle, she recommended to Bell that she take another job and that Stabler is not helping her career.
As a result of her insulting comments towards Bell and Stabler, she is not well liked by any of the detectives in the Organized Crime Control Bureau, particularly by Slootmaekers who compares her to Cruella De Vil and becomes irritated and upset whenever she is around the precinct.
