Law and Order

Lily Milton is a young medical student and a drug addict. When Lily was absent from her bloody apartment, she was assumed to have been abducted, which was first pinned on Callum Donovan, a robber who Detective Stabler imprisoned years ago and was Milton's downstairs neighbor whom she had constant arguments with.

It was revealed she was low on her drug supply and tore apart her apartment and went into a manic episode. When she heard her boyfriend approaching the apartment, Lily fled, leaving the apartment in a messy state, which led her boyfriend to believe she'd been violently abducted. Lily went to a local computer shop to email her supplier for more drugs, where she saw the outpour of support from her loved ones, worrying for her safety on social media. Out of guilt, humiliation, and fear of her secret drug habits getting out, she threw herself into the river and was eventually found by authorities sometime later. While recovering, Lily made up a lie that pointed at Donovan being responsible. When confronted by Detectives Stabler and Benson, she confessed the truth. She was arrested at the hospital and imprisoned for obstruction of justice and false incrimination. (SVU: "Solitary")
