Lina Vasquez-Boyd is a Guatemalan woman who was forced to have sex with ICE Agent Rory O'Toole so she could have a green card.
Background
At some pont Lina Vasquez wanted to immigrate from Guatemala and move to America so she married an American man named Joe Boyd, she and Joe went to ICE Agent Rory O'Toole to get green cards and so that Agent O'Toole could see that their marriage was real. Agent O'Toole has Joe leave the room and had Lina go into his van and had her have sex with him in exchange for a green card which she reluctantly obeyed and had non-consensual sex with her.
Lina would live a normal American live where she loved her husband but Joe would abuse her is he felt that she was cheating on him.
I Deserve Some Loving Too
Detectives Benson and Tamin find the apartment that Lina and Joe live and they go to the front door in order to talk to her so that she could testify against Agent O'Toole. Lina refused to testify out of fear that she would be deported back to Guatemala and that Joe would find out and beat her. Lina closes the door on the detectives.
Lina is babysitting a boy named Sebastian when Detective Benson approaches her, hoping that Lina would change her mind and testify against Agent O'Toole. Lina refuses against due to Joe being paraniod and jealous about Lina possibly having sex with Agent O'Toole, checking her text messages and following her around among other things. Detective Benson then discovers that Lina is being physically abused by Joe and tells Lina that can divorce Joe and stay in America if she testifies against Agent O'Toole, Lina agrees to testify against Agent O'Toole as she is tired of the abuse she is facing from Joe.
However, when the trial against Agent O'Toole starts, Lina mysteriously does not appear to testify against Agent O'Toole. When the Lina approaches Detective Benson she asks to speak to the latter alone, there she reveals that she is pregnant and that she didn't want to testify because she feared that Joe would leave her and she wanted her baby to have a dad.
Although Lina was unable to testify, Agent O'Toole would still be imprisoned with the testimonies of Rosamie Klein and Maggie Quigley, the two other known victims of Agent O'Toole.
