Lizzie Harmon is an alleged rape and kidnapping victim who was broadcast in her "attacks" as part of a plan to find kidnapped boy Jason Engels.
She was recruited by Jason's brother Gregory Engels for her experience in arts at Julliard, acting out a sexual assault at knifepoint on camera with frat boy Doug as the "rapist", then as Lizzie's "captor" when she was streamed tied to a bed and screaming as a ransom, all part of the chase.
Greg was arrested, but since Lizzie as sill missing, they set out to find Jason and found his kidnapper, Miriam Penner, from overlooked evidence. Jason was rescued when Penner was fleeing with him and Penner was arrested.
Greg divulged Lizzie's location, where she was lounging next to Doug on an apartment couch, her only mark a shiner on her eye as part of the ruse. Greg says he'll take all the blame so Doug and Lizzie get immunity, and Lizzie defends them all by saying Greg needed help for eight years to find Jason. She's escorted out asking to call her mom and tell her she's fine, wiping her face with a towel.
It's unknown if Lizzie's every charged or the deal to absolve her and Doug went through. (SVU: "Spectacle")
