Law and Order

Lloyd Bloom is a man who ordered Junior Suarez to murder Phil McBride.

History[]

While Phil tries to get ahold of Frank, Lloyd meets with Phil and Phil tells him that he thinks that Frank was arrested by the police and that he's being followed by the feds. Lloyd tells Phil that he can't sit here all day and leaves. After Phil gets murdered, Stabler and the task force investigate Lloyd for Phil's murder and for a string of robberies. Bell then arranges for a team to be put together designed to take down Lloyd. Stabler and the task force then follow Lloyd, who is seen cutting electrical wires and putting a duffel bag in the back of his truck. Stabler then attempts to stop Lloyd who turns on his engine but turns it off when Stabler convinces him to do so. Lloyd gets arrested for his crimes. During interrogation, Lloyd asks Stabler for a cushion because of his bad back. Lloyd then acts surprised that there was money in the duffel bag and eventually confesses that Phil gave him the bag to hide it. Lloyd told Stabler that he believed that Phil liked him despite their issues. Lloyd then pretends that he never heard of Frank when Stabler mentions Frank's name. Stabler then mentions that Lloyd never had much of a reaction when hearing about Phil's murder. Lloyd tells Stabler that Phil bullied him in high school. Stabler tells Lloyd that Renee is being questioned by the feds. Lloyd then asks Stabler if he is married or single, but Stabler refuses to tell him. Lloyd then mentions that he saw no ring and Stabler tells Lloyd that Kathy died. Stabler then tells Lloyd that he has texts of Phil interfering with Lloyd and Renee. Stabler then tells Lloyd that Phil and Frank planned to murder him. While Bell orders surveillance footage of the robberies, Stabler manages to discover a Con-Electric truck next to a bank that was robbed. Stabler tells Lloyd that the gun used to murder Frank was in Renee's car. Stabler then asked Lloyd if he killed Frank and hired somebody else to kill Phil. Lloyd confesses to the murders and claims that Phil shoved Lloyd in a clothes dryer when he was a kid. (OC: Pareto Principle)
