The Locotes Doces (or L-12) is a Latino street gang based in New York City. They are currently suspected of running an underage prostitution ring.

Uniform[]

Regular gang members wear white tees with black rosary beads and jeans and have shaved heads. Officers wear white tees, blue jeans, and blue denim jackets, and frequently bear extensive gang tattoos on their faces.

Known Members[]

  • Alberto Torres (AKA "Beto"), gangleader. Currently incarcerated.
  • Oscar Morales (AKA "Diablo"), lieutenant. Currently incarcerated. Known to have ordered the hit on journalist Teresa Richter.

Associates[]

  • Kevin Drucker, provided material support (money and disposable cellphones) and killed Teresa Richter after threats against his son.
  • Delores (AKA "Lola"), Torres' girlfriend and mother of Morales' son. Currently runs a semi-legal clothing business.
