Louis Guy Cancelmi (born June 9, 1978 in Anchorage, Alaska) is an actor who played three different characters in Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
He is best known for his roles in Billions, The Looming Tower, and Boardwalk Empire.
Cancelmi is the brother of Annie Parisse, who played Assistant district attorney Alexandra Borgia on Law & Order and Michael Cancelmi. He is married to Elisabeth Waterston, the daughter of his sister's co-star Sam Waterston, who played Executive assistant district attorney and later District attorney Jack McCoy on Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He is the brother-in-law of actress Katherine Waterston, filmmaker Graham Waterston, and actors James Waterston and Paul Sparks, who married his sister.
