Louise Casey is the daughter of a late rich dotcom business founder, who she arranged with family attorney Bruce Graham to be killed by oncologist Dr. Vincent Balicheck in the year of 2010. As her father’s heir, since he died in 2010, an American estate tax loophole left her keeping the whole estate, Graham and Dr. Balicheck being paid for their participation.
Casey was arrested and tried with the rest of the conspirators, but when one heir’s case fell apart, the rest were thrown out as well. When Balicheck and Graham were cornered into testifying, Casey was presumably retried and imprisoned. (L&O: "The Taxman Cometh")
