Luca Belucci is a criminal who poisoned Pearl Serrano under Robert Silas's orders.
History[]
Luca was hired by Robert to poison Pearl in an attempted murder. When Teddy Silas found out, he tracked down Luca and violently physically assaulted him with a baseball bat in retaliation for Luca's actions. Stabler, Reyes and Whelan find Teddy standing over Luca's bloody body and Teddy is arrested while Luca is taken to hospital in an ambulance.
When the ambulance arrives, Stabler questions Luca and asks him about Pearl's poisoning. Luca tells Stabler that Robert hired him to murder Pearl, ultimately acquitting Teddy of any suspicion of Pearl's assault. Luca dies from his injuries sustained by the baseball bat and Teddy is imprisoned for his murder while the Organized Crime Control Bureau attempt to track down Robert. (OC: "Whipping Post")
