Luka Hasa is the fiancé of Grace Kosta and was a prospective partner of her father Jon Kosta.
History[]
Stabler sits with Hasa and Stabler's handler, Reggie Bogdani, while discussing insurance fraud. When Hasa attacks a waitress named Amelia Shehu, Stabler beat Hasa off, leading to Reggie warning about Hasa and Grace's engagement. Jon, Hasa, and Albi Briscu all wait for Stabler so he can talk with Jon, who later says he never liked Hasa anyway. (OC: "For A Few Leke More")
The bureau arrives to arrest Jon, but Grace says he's been out of the house for days. Victoria Cho sees Hasa armed with a gun, giving her the excuse to arrest Hasa on the spot while pending further charges. (OC: "High Planes Grifter")
