Law and Order

Luke Fallon is the murderer of Alexander Lockett.

History[]

After Fallon was identified as a suspect in Lockett's murder, Cosgrove and Shaw find Fallon at the military cemetery where they arrest him. McCoy and Price then talk about Fallon where Price tells McCoy that they couldn't get Fallon near the scene but they can get Martinez to testify that Fallon was in the truck. Martinez testifies at Fallon's trial where he refuses to say if he saw Fallon the day of the murder. Martinez is held in contempt of court and arrested by the court officers. Shaw then testifies at Fallon's trial where he claims that he found the gun which was registered to Fallon. Price and Maroun reveal to McCoy that Fallon has a brain tumor that was caused in the burn pit which strengthens motive. Maroun thinks the jury will see Fallon as a victim as he killed Lockett because he gave him cancer.

An expert testifies at Fallon's trial where he testifies about the connection between the burn pit and the tumours. She claimed that Fallon had a blackout the night of the murder and that the tumor caused him to kill Lockett. Price cross-examines Fallon where he points out that the tumor didn't make Fallon borrow a truck and drive to Lockett's house with a loaded weapon. Fallon testifies about the burn pits being deadly and that Lockett wouldn't do anything about it. Fallon says right after Shane committed suicide, he became upset. Shane had debt because he lost his VA benefits when he was discharged. Fallon went to confront Lockett about what he did but Lockett refused to apologize. Fallon got angry with Lockett but doesn't remember anything until after he killed him. Eventually, Fallon is found guilty of murder and imprisoned. (L&O: "Chain Of Command")
