Dr. Lydia Stronach is a psychiatrist at the University of Pennsylvania who specializes in child sexual abuse, arguing from her evaluation of college-age victims that their trauma isn't lifelong when they are raped and/or molested as adolescents. Stronach specifically excluded incest and forcible rape and didn't research other pools of victims.

She was brought by Cutter, to crush Katherine Waxman's defense of rape trauma, as her child therapist Dr. Isaac Waxman repeatedly raped her and forced her to marry him before she killed him years later. Stronach was then challenged by Katherine on the stand. (L&O: "Betrayal")
