Marcus Cook is one of two teenagers who beat Michael Tobin to death, along with Jerome Weathers. They assumed Tobin was snitching on roots happening in the neighborhood because he was dropped off by a police cruiser.
Cook and Weathers pleaded to manslaughter charges and were imprisoned. (L&O: “Black, White and Blue”)
