Marcy Davis is the mother of rape victim Jenna Davis and sister of her rapist Neil Alexander.

She was ready to believe her daughter's accusation of rape against Jerome Jones, a previous rape suspect who was acquitted on a technicality. She protected her daughter when her husband Luke killed Jerome in an attempt to make him confess, and when Jerome's mother Ermil Jones protested outside Luke's arraigned and blamed Jenna for Jerome's death. She was appalled that her brother Neil Alexander was the real rapist to the point of disbelief. She went as far as arranging Jenna to be pressured by a therapist into recanting her statement by making her believe she was having false memories. When more women and girls Alexander raped and molested were tracked, Marcy was horrified because she knew most of them and even referred them to Alexander in his dental practice.
When Jenna successfully got Alexander to confess in a sting, Marcy tearfully apologized to her for not believing her. When Neil was brought in wearing cuffs, Marcy attempted to attack him but Nick Amaro stopped her. She then screamed at her brother in rage and horror, condemning him for destroying their family but Alexander just kept denying everything before he is taken away. Benson calmed Marcy and told her Jenna needed her before the pair cried in each other's arms. Luke was charged for manslaughter, and Alexander was imprisoned for child rape. (SVU: "Decaying Morality")
