Margaret Moran Cho (born December 5, 1968 in San Francisco, California) is a comedian and actress who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit on the episode "Counselor, It's Chinatown" as Evelyn Lee.
She is best known for her roles in the TV shows All-American Girl (which she also created and co-starred in with SVU alumnus B.D. Wong, Maddie Corman, and Jodi Long) and Drop Dead Diva (with Josh Stamberg), as well as the films It's My Party and Face/Off. She was also a contestant on the eleventh season of Dancing with the Stars (with Rick Fox).
In 2012, she was nominated for an Emmy Award for her guest starring role as Dictator Kim Jong-il on 30 Rock.
