Maria Elena Bello is an actress who starred as Vivian Arliss in Season 12 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
She starred on the TV series ER (with Anthony Edwards, Julianna Margulies, Gloria Reuben, Alex Kingston, and Eriq La Salle) and the films Coyote Ugly (with Piper Perabo and Izabella Miko) and the Grown Ups film series (the first with Joyce Van Patten). In 2011, she played Det. Jane Timoney in the US version of Prime Suspect (with Aidan Quinn). She later starred on the shows Touch (with Saxon Sharbino) and on NCIS as NCIS Forensic Psychologist and NCIS Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane (from 2017-2021 with David McCallum, Rocky Carroll, and Emily Wickersham).
Bello wrote and produced Gina Prince-Bythewood's historial epic The Woman King (with Viola Davis and John Boyega), inspired by true events that took place within The Kingdom of Dahomey.
