Mark Kenneth Smaltz is an actor who played seven different characters in all three primary shows of the Law & Order franchise. He is probably best known for his recurring role as Judge William Koehler in Law & Order.
Smaltz also appeared in the Conviction episode "Savasana" as Steve Bertaya.
