Law and Order

Marshall McFadden is a fraudster directly in collusion with Dwight Corcoran, New York’s former governor and the chairman of the Bank of the Five Boroughs. Through McFadden’s Ann McFadden Cancer Foundation, Corcoran and McFadden defrauded countless companies with savings and loans scams to rake in the profits.

Corcoran ordered McFadden’s murder when McFadden was facing trial for bank fraud, which was executed by Joey Palmieri, who shot McFadden with a gun belonging to Simon Vilanis, a disgruntled con victim, in a complicated ploy to frame him. The conspiracy was unraveled, and Corcoran, Palmieri, and the other player of the network were all imprisoned. (L&O: "The Working Stiff")
