Martin Eugene Mull was an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Retro" as Dr. Gideon Hutton.
He was mostly known for his portrayals of Vice Principal Willard Kraft in Sabrina the Teenage Witch (with Melissa Joan Hart) and Leon Carp in Roseanne.
