Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio is an actress who portrayed Captain Zoe Callas on Law & Order: Criminal Intent. She is also scheduled to recur as Isabella Spezzano in season five of Law & Order: Organized Crime.
She made her Broadway debut in the 1980 revival of West Side Story, and went on to appear in the 1983 film Scarface as Al Pacino's character's sister, Gina Montana (with Steven Bauer).
Mastrantonio earned an Academy Award nomination for her role as Carmen in The Color of Money. She also starred in the films The Abyss (with Michael Biehn), Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, and The Perfect Storm (with Bob Gunton).
Starting with the final episode of Season 1 of Grimm, she had a recurring role playing Kelly Burkhardt, mother of the show's protagonist (with Russell Hornsby, Silas Weir Mitchell, Bree Turner, Reggie Lee, Claire Coffee, Kate Burton, James Frain, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Nico Evers-Swindell, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Jessica Tuck, Bailey Chase, and Reg E. Cathey).
In 2017 she guest-starred as Marion James, deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency, in three episodes of Marvel's The Punisher on Netflix (with Jon Bernthal, Deborah Ann Woll, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Paul Schulze, and Kelli Barrett).
From 2018 to 2020, she starred as Madeline Burke on NBC's action drama Blindspot.
