Matthew Lyn Lillard is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Ballerina" as Chet Sulloway.
He is best known for his portrayal of Shaggy Rogers (a character played by Iain Armitage in the film Scoob!) in the Scooby Doo franchise, the crossover film Straight Outta Nowhere: Scooby-Doo! Meets Courage the Cowardly Dog (with Marty Grabstein), and the game MultiVersus (with Daniel DiVenere, John DiMaggio, and George Newbern); as well as his roles on the films Serial Mom (with Kathleen Turner, Sam Waterston, Patricia Dunnock, and John Waters), Scream (with Skeet Ulrich, Rose McGowan, and Henry Winkler), Senseless, and Summer Catch. Lillard also starred on the TV shows The Bridge (with Annabeth Gish), Good Girls (with Mae Whitman), and FBI (with Missy Peregrym and Jeremy Sisto).
Lillard married Heather Helm on August 12, 2000, with whom he has three children. They reside in Los Angeles.
