Law and Order

Maude Peterson is a Canadian teenage aspiring actress on the radar of serial statutory rapist Adam Brubeck. Brubeck found her on Vine and was eager to sexually abuse her, using her nationality and being in another country as a legal counter measure, along with the nation's age of consent. He tracked Maude and lied about saying a movie titled Winnipeg Nights was in production by him and set to be on the country, lying about hopes to recruit her for casting.

Meeting her in Winnipeg, Brubeck then said Maude "needed experience" and said she'd get a part if she let him rape her. She spent the reserved time in the hotel being sexually abused by Brubeck under the promise of "making [her] a star", but Brubeck left after no longer wanting to rape her, leaving her devastated and traumatized.

She was questioned by SVU, who told her account and expressed the scars it left her with, when Tensley Evans accused Brubeck of rape. Brubeck was taken into custody, but he smugly proclaimed age of consent keeps him from prosecution. However, the US had federal laws against sexual tourism, meaning the federal agencies, who came in and arrested Brubeck, had full jurisdiction and grounds for prosecution due to the movie never existing.
