Melora Walters (born October 21, 1960 in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia) is an actress who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Something Happened" as Laurel Linwood.
She has appeared in films such as Magnolia, The Butterfly Effect, Dead Poets Society (with Robin Williams, Robert Sean Leonard, Josh Charles, and James Waterston), and The Lovers (with Debra Winger).
