Meric (last name unknown) is a frat boy who unknowingly committed statutory rape with Taylor Culphers.
History[]
While at the frat party, he met Taylor Culphers and ended up having sex with her, unaware of her age. When Detectives Rollins and Tutuola enter the room, he was found with Taylor and told them he had a prescription for the drugs. However, they arrested him for statutory rape, because Taylor is only fifteen and he was twenty-one. He was dismayed to hear this, especially that he was looking at ten years for the hook up. The detectives also collected child pornography from his phone.
When brought in, he defended himself by stating he was unaware of her age and decided to wait for a lawyer. However, the detectives promised leniency if he told them that he saw Taylor's sister Emily Culphers and he revealed he saw her keep to herself but was with an old member of his frat Peter who often supplies drugs and drinks at the parties along with his sister Wendi Baker.
