Michael Ingrams is a drug dealer who orders Franklin "T-Ball" Howard to kill Edward Kay, a real estate agent who lost his $300,000 after attempting to use it on a project that ended getting closed.
History[]
After Franklin gives up Michael, Max Greevey and Mike Logan arrest him for the assault on Gregory Winters, the murder of Andrew Winters, and conspiracy. E.A.D.A. Stone plans to prosecute Ingrams but will need Edward Kay and Franklin's testimony to put Michael away. Edward was reluctant to testify against Kay, but Stone threatened to expose Edward for his misdeeds.
Edward testifies that Michael wanted his $300,000 back, but Edward lost it, and that Michael threatened to have him killed. Stone then cross-examines Franklin about Michael giving him orders to kill Edward and tells him that Michael gave him his address. It is later revealed that Franklin cannot read, which made him go to the wrong address and shoot the Winters brothers by mistake. The jury found Michael guilty of assault, murder, and conspiracy, and he is imprisoned for life. (L&O: "Mushrooms")
