Michael Michele (born Michael Michele Williams on August 30, 1966 in Evansville, Indiana) is an actress who is known for her roles on television shows such as Homicide: Life on the Street, New York Undercover, and E.R.
In 1999, she guest-starred on Law & Order in the episode "Sideshow" as her Homicide: Life on the Street character, Detective Rene Sheppard and in the television movie Homicide: The Movie in 2000.
In 2007, she guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Burned" as Valerie Sennet.
She also portrayed Selina in the film New Jack City (featuring Ice-T, Vanessa Williams and Mario Van Peebles, who directed the movie). In 1998, she appears as Kara Lavelle in The Substitute 2: School's Out with Treat Williams, B.D. Wong and Christopher Cousins.
From 2017 to 2018, Michele starred as Ayanna Floyd in the Fox prime time soap opera Star, and in 2019 she joined The CW prime time soap opera Dynasty as Dominique Deveraux (with Alan Dale).
