Mickey Bastone is the fixer of state politician Ted Weldon and the murderer of one of Weldon's mistresses, Lisa Edwards.
Bastone sold out Weldon in exchange for a plea. After they were both imprisoned, it's revealed Weldon's wife solicited Edwards' murder, to frame Weldon out of revenge. (L&O: "Missing")
