Mike Adams is a repeat offender with a 20-year history of burglaries and assaults. Adams was hired for the assassination of Alex Boone by Tracy Meegan, the sister of David Sutton, who hired Adams as a limo driver and bodyguard.
Adams nearly shot Bernard and Lupo when they prepared to arrest him, pretending to cough just so he could draw his weapon. The detectives returned fire and killed him instead. (L&O: "Take-Out")
