Mike Bodack is a bookie's assistant and a witness to the murder of Matthew Sherman by Ricky Garcia. A massively vilifying campaign was waged against Bodack during an investigation into original suspicions of his role the murder, down to his arrest on his wedding day.
Bodack was oppositional when called as witness to testify and even harassed by Ricky's brother Tony over the phone to blackmail him into silence. In spite of the charges Bodack faced for his financial crimes, he testified and secured Ricky's successful conviction. In the end, the charges against him for book-keeping were dropped.
