Morris Brandeburg (alias Bone Kracker) is a low-level rapper and a rapist and rape facilitator of a groupie, who dropped the charge.
Brandeburg became a suspect in the rape of Chloe Dutton but was cleared from leading the detectives to the girl who took Dutton to the bar where she was raped, Vienna Sterling.
