Morris LaMotte was a detective on Law & Order. He was portrayed by Larry Clarke and first appeared as a partner of Tony Profaci in early Season 9 episodes. He replaced Profaci later in Season 9 and made semi-regular appearances through Season 10. A veiled reference to him is uttered by Rey Curtis to Anita Van Buren in the Season 20 episode "Fed".
