Nathan Fogg is an administrator at the Cromwell & Moore corporate law firm. He also worked with business partner Unicom to evade security fees, resulting in the Securities and Exchange Commission investigating him for fraud.

He was a witness in the case against Ron Drexler for the murder of a lawyer at the firm, Jaquelyn Ogden. When Drexler went to the U.S. Attorney to sell Fogg out, he withdrew his testimony, and the prosecution’s star witness, security guard Kenny Peluso, was murdered before he could testify. In agreement with avoiding state charges, Fogg stepped up and testified to Drexler’s confession to him.

Fogg’s status from the investigation into his illegal conspiracy is unknown. (L&O: “Tombstone”)
