Summary
Plot[]
A masked man rapes Quinn Berris, and she believes that the rapist is Ray Wilson, a man who's been stalking her since college. Quinn apparently had a restraining order, which he had gone to jail for violating, but he had gotten out on parole. An NYPD officer, Sgt. Tom Cole, had helped Quinn in the past with her problem with Wilson. Cole is now retired. Rollins and Fin find video footage that shows that Wilson was in a church in New Jersey at the time of Quinn's rape.
A cigarette left outside Quinn’s apartment turns out to have Wilson's DNA on it, but the video footage that Rollins and Fin found at the church in New Jersey shows that Wilson was in New Jersey. It turns out that Cole planted the cigarette in order to frame Wilson. It was Cole who raped Quinn. Cole grabs Quinn, and takes her to his brother's farm, which he's been renovating. Benson and Carisi head over there, and when Carisi is put in danger along with Quinn, Benson is forced to fatally shoot Cole in the head in order to save Quinn and Carisi.
Meanwhile, Tucker ponders his retirement, and his future with Benson.

Quotes[]
- Benson: [to Quinn] The only thing you need to worry about is you, okay? You're going to be okay, Quinn. You're going to get through this.
- Tutuola: [to Ray Wilson who keeps avoiding questions with questions] Why don't you let us ask the questions? It works better that way.
- Benson: Unfortunately, prison usually changes you for the worse, not for the better.
- Carisi: Just like being a cop.
- Benson: Who are you, and what have you done with Carisi? You really feel that way?
- Carisi: Ask me in 20 years.
- Tutuola: This guy's annoying, but... my gut says he's not our guy.
- Benson: Gut is good, but DNA is better.
- Rollins: So the stalker was being stalked. Is that ironic or just weird?
- Benson: Both
- Benson: Quinn, this is not your fault, you hear me? Guys like Cole, they're predators. They look for light and they look for goodness and they try to steal it. Promise me you will not blame yourself for this.
