Nikki West is the last rape victim of serial rapist Martin Trenway, beaten, orally sodomized, and raped from behind before being cleaned off with alcohol wipes to remove evidence. Trenway was quickly tracked by a scar on his hand Nikki saw, and another woman, Heather Stark, came forward and said Trenway carjacked and raped her to add to Nikki's credibility.
However, DNA proved Trenway didn't rape Heather, leading to her case being thrown out. However, Trenway's first confirmed rape victim, family friend Lorraine Delmas, came forward and revealed how she was violently raped when Trenway was a teenager, revealing where she hid the clothes she wore that day which still had Trenway's semen on them. With this, Trenway was convicted on a plea to name other women he raped, with Nikki thanking Lorraine and Lorraine telling her living her life is her best chance. (SVU: "Recall")
