Nora Anderson is a date rape victim of serial rapist Jimmy Gunn and the only one of four women stepping up to testify at Gunn's parole hearing. She was ready to advocate for Gunn's release and acclimation into society after receiving letters and other statements from Gunn riddled with apologies for raping her.
Gunn revealed to Benson he lied based of Nora's own therapy and recovery to trick her into getting him released when he refused to reform. With her horror over the revelation and terror over the dangers, she goes to the hearing and denounces Gunn in full for his collective actions against her and other people. Her testimony was a success to deny Gunn his parole (SVU: "The Only Way Out Is Through")
