Nora Galen is a woman who was a teenage rape victim of Jason Karr, a former literary teacher having manipulated her in a private school writing club.

Around two decades later, she and two other rape victims of Karr, Julie Wade and Evelyn Bundy, confronted Karr in a hotel room Julie bought. Evelyn drugged Karr with his own medicine and ordered Nora and Julie out, before castrating Karr with a steak knife because she was raped violently. Nora heard the screams, called 911, and pretended to be a witness.
The three women were identified as being in Karr's presence at the restaurant they lured Karr out of, being arrested and connected with their high school. Nora and Julie immediately confessed the truth, but Evelyn held strong. It's unknown if Nora and Julie were imprisoned for kidnapping, conspiracy, and accessory, while Evelyn and Karr were imprisoned on according felonious charges. (SVU: "Contrapasso")
