Dr. Norm Goldman is a dentist who used his successful practice in Park Avenue to also provide dental services in the underprivileged community of Harlem in New York City. Goldman was beloved for the services he could offer the locals, especially the kids there. He also was reputable for being a womanizer and an addict to his own office's drugs, which Goldman was shameless about and left tensions with his co-workers and neighbors from.

It was revealed Goldman would give the kids in his neighborhood mouthwash as part of his dental giveaways. One boy, Toby Borden, said it got him real high and told his friends. They decided to steal some more and overdosed on their stash. When he arrived home sick and dying from being too drunk in front of his mother Jackie, who was permanently traumatized and demanded answers and legal measures. When she was refused, Jackie broke into the dentist's office during his last gas high and turned the nozzle up while holding the mask still on Goldman's face, drugging him dead.

Jackie was found out and taken into custody, and it was revealed the mouthwash was from a batch of illegal chemicals the company transporting the products refused to recall despite its dangers so it could make more money from sales. (CI: "Smile")
