The fifth season of Law & Order: Organized Crime was confirmed on April 25, 2024. It is slated to premiere in early 2025 on the streaming service Peacock, thereby making it the first season of a series in the Law & Order franchise to be broadcast on a streaming service instead of a television network in the United States, with the third season being the first to broadcast on a streaming service, that being Australia on 9Now before airing on television. It will air alongside Season 24 of Law & Order and Season 26 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
