Oksana Parulis is the sister of twins Ava Parulis and Irina Burton. She was kidnapped out of Romania and sold into prostitution in a "mail-order bride" ring run by Razvan Toscu and Valentina Bilescu. She was repeatedly raped to to keep her from fighting or escaping and ready to be sold, despite Ava and Irina trying to afford "buying" her to save her.
When Irina was raped and killed by Toscu, when Ava as the intended victim, she took Irina's identity and stole jewelry and money from Irina's husband, George, to buy her freedom. When Ava was found out, the ring was disbanded, and Toscu and Bilescu were arrested, with Oksana being saved and returned to her family. (SVU: "Parasites")
