Omar Sharif Scroggins is an American actor who played seven different characters on Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
Scroggins' career dates back nearly three decades. He is best known to television audiences as Spanky on Power (featuring Joseph Sikora). His film work includes Crooklyn (featuring Delroy Lindo, Zelda Harris, Bokeem Woodbine, and Vondie Curtis-Hall), Faithful (featuring Chazz Palminteri and Allison Janney), and Bringing Out the Dead (featuring Patricia Arquette, Nestor Serrano, Aida Turturro, and Arthur J.
