Principal Parker (first name unknown) is the principal of the Catholic school St. Victor's Academy.

Parker was questioned in regards to the stabbing of a student, Sean Hamill, which was later revealed to have been by Emma Boyd. Sean terrorized Emma across the school campus because her birth mother, Kate Boyd, was in a relationship with another woman, Zoe Dunlop, which was against the more orthodox Christian teachings of St. Victor's and stirred much controversy. The school failed to intervene, and there was difficulty to try and keep Emma at the school or expel her for disrupting the religious norms of the campus.
Parker stated many parents protested and it was an excruciating time to be teaching scripture when students and patrons were decrying Emma's attendance, which was against the much more archaic text they were learning, even though much of St. Victor's, especially counselor and priest Father Justin Miller, did their best to welcome and accept Emma and her two mothers.
